We source all of our medical supplies from McKesson Medical-Surgical. McKesson grants us access to hospital-level medical supplies, which are transported, and are kept within sterile packaging until used by our Registered Nurses. After a single use, all supplies are properly disposed of.

We source all our vitamins and nutrients from Olympia Compounding Pharmacy in Orlando, FL. Olympia Pharma is comprised of a state-of- the-art FDA 503B pharmaceutical outsourcing facility, and a 503A pharmacy. Both facilities provide access to high quality age management and nutritional medications.

We do not accept any private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.

When booking online, you will be prompted to provide a payment method and will be charged upon booking completion. When booking over the phone, or through email we allow you to defer payment until after the service is completed, at which point one of our nurses will collect payment. If you have particular concerns about your health and your eligibility to receive IV Therapy, feel free to consult your doctor before a treatment. You will be required to complete an intake form before a Key Basis treatment which will be approved by our Medical Director to ensure that you are eligible for treatment.
